Union Gables Inn is a Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1901, featuring 118-year-old architecture with a wraparound porch and over one acre of perennial gardens. Rooms include private bathrooms, natural gas fireplaces, and antique furnishings. Select rooms offer jetted soaking tubs, private patios, or garden views. The Henry Suite has a full kitchen, 50-inch flat-screen TV, and a jetted tub with shutters opening to the living room.

Cook-to-Order Breakfast

A complimentary breakfast is prepared daily by a Cordon Bleu-trained chef, using locally sourced ingredients like eggs from Justice White Farm. Guests choose from dishes such as vegetable and cheese omelets, pancakes, and fresh fruit. Breakfast is served in the mansion's dining areas, on the porch, or by the gardens.

Gardens and Seasonal Pool

The property includes a Romanesque-style outdoor pool, open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Over an acre of gardens feature fountains, gazebos, and shaded seating. The pool area is reserved for guests, with a log-in system for access.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of town and so close to everything in Saratoga Springs. The rooms were cozy with a suite fireplace for drinks, and the service was top-notch. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the price could be a bit high for some, but overall it was a great value for the experience.
